Ingredients:
Echinacea herb - 25%, nettle herb - 20%, chamomile flower - 20%, helichrysum flower - 20%, St. John's wort - 5%, fennel fruit - 5%, turmeric - 3%, licorice root - 2%. Contains licorice – people with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. The individual ingredient contents per recommended daily serving are: echinacea herb - 2.5g, nettle herb - 2.0g, chamomile flower - 2.0g, helichrysum flower - 2.0g, St. John's wort herb - 0.5g, fennel fruit - 0.5g, turmeric - 0.3g, licorice root - 0.2g.

Usage:
A herbal blend that provides a natural resource for the body. Turmeric supports heart function, blood circulation, and blood production. Nettle has a beneficial effect on blood circulation, increases vitality, adds energy, and reduces anemia. St. John's wort supports the circulatory system, and fennel cleanses the body by increasing urine output. Fennel, turmeric, and licorice have antioxidant properties. All ingredients support the body's natural immunity.

Directions for use:
Adults: Mix the product thoroughly. Cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Consume twice daily for 10 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

Warnings:
Do not use on children, pregnant or lactating women. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and UV radiation when using the mixture.
