The recommended daily intake of milk thistle seeds and artichoke herb is 500 mg and 160 mg, respectively.
Intended use:
This preparation is a supplement to your daily diet. Milk thistle and artichoke help maintain a healthy liver, have a detoxifying effect, and aid digestion. Additionally, milk thistle protects and regenerates the liver. Artichoke helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Directions for use:
It is recommended to take 1 capsule twice daily with liquid before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
