Usage:
Black elderberry helps relieve cold symptoms, is helpful for coughs and hoarseness, and supports the body's natural immunity. Vitamin C supports the proper functioning of the immune system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Directions:
Add 2 teaspoons (10 ml) to a drink or meal. Take 3 times daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
