Use:

This is a perfectly selected composition of fruits and herbs that are a natural resource for the body. Sunflower and holly affect fat metabolism and help control body weight. Blackcurrant, elderberry, common blueberry, and couch grass facilitate weight loss and maintenance. Spirulina, orthosiphon, and elderberry contribute to maintaining healthy blood glucose levels, and couch grass also reduces appetite. Traveler's mange, blackcurrant, holly, and elderberry eliminate water from the body through the kidneys. Spirulina and blackcurrant help with fatigue, strengthen the body, and boost energy. Directions:

Infuse 1 sachet in boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 15 minutes. Drink freshly prepared infusion 3 times a day.
