Use:
This tea is a perfectly selected composition of herbs and fruits, with a delicate flavor and cinnamon aroma. The tea's ingredients are especially recommended for students. Lemon balm and chamomile have a relaxing effect, reduce irritability, and help maintain a good mood and promote good mental and physical well-being. Blackcurrant helps strengthen the body and reduce fatigue. Hawthorn helps increase oxygen supply, supports heart function and peripheral circulation. Directions:
Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion twice a day.
