Use:
Red clover tea is especially recommended for women over 40. Red clover helps maintain calm and cope with menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, excessive sweating, anxiety, and irritability. It improves the functioning of blood vessels and the heart, increases the strength and elasticity of blood vessels. It normalizes blood pressure. It has a beneficial effect on bone strength.
How to use:
Break 1 tea bag in boiling water (200ml), covered, for 15 minutes. Drink freshly prepared infusion up to 3 times a day.
