Use:
White deadnettle flower is used to make a tea with a delicate herbal flavor. Deadnettle increases appetite and aids digestion. Increases water excretion through the kidneys and helps reduce discomfort before and during menstruation.
Directions:
Pour boiling water (200ml) over 1 teaspoon of the flower, steep for 10-15 minutes, and drink the freshly prepared infusion 1-2 times a day.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Store in a dry place.
