Ingredients:

Violet herb – 20%, nettle herb – 18%, apple peel – 18%, rosehip fruit – 14%, eyebright herb – 9%, lavender flower – 9%, hibiscus flower – 7.5%, black mallow flower – 4%, perilla extract – 0.5%.

The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is as follows: violet herb Tricolor rosehip – 1.2 g, nettle herb – 1.08 g, apple peel – 1.08 g, rosehip fruit – 0.84 g, eyebright herb – 0.54 g, lavender flower – 0.54 g, hibiscus flower – 0.45 g, black mallow flower – 0.24 g, perilla extract – 0.03 g.

Use:

This tea is a carefully selected blend of herbs enriched with perilla extract, especially recommended for people struggling with hay fever and respiratory problems. Perilla supports the production of cytokines and specific antibodies, contributes to calmness and facilitates breathing. Violet soothes the throat, relieves throat irritation, and is helpful for hoarseness. It contributes to proper and easy breathing. Nettle facilitates expectoration, and rosehips relieve cold symptoms and support the body's natural immunity. Lavender helps reduce tension and irritability, facilitates falling asleep, and promotes healthy sleep.

Directions:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion three times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
