Perilla is primarily known for its anti-allergic properties. Thanks to the content of rosmarinic acid, it effectively reduces allergy symptoms such as hay fever, tearing, allergies to pollen, dust mites, or animal dander. Quercetin, in turn, gives this plant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antihistamine properties. Perilla supports the production of cytokines and specific antibodies, facilitates breathing, and helps with viral infections and colds. Furthermore, it contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and stimulates intellectual activity. 1

Ingredients:
Bulking agent - cellulose, extract (10:1) of perilla vulgaris – 50 mg/capsule and capsule ingredients (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, color: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins).
The content of Perilla vulgaris extract per recommended daily dose (3 capsules) is 150 mg (equivalent to 1500 mg of Perilla vulgaris).
Purpose:
Perilla vulgaris supports breathing, the production of cytokines and specific antibodies, and the maintenance of nervous balance.
Directions for use:
It is recommended to take 1 capsule 3 times a day with liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.
