Ingredients:

Ashwagandha root - 25%, passion flower herb - 20%, St. John's wort - 15%, lemongrass - 15%, hop cone - 10%, valerian root - 5%, rhodiola root - 5%, lavender flower - 5%.

The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is: ashwagandha root - 1 g, passionflower - 0.8 g, St. John's wort - 0.6 g, lemongrass - 0.6 g, hop cone - 0.4 g, valerian root - 0.2 g, rhodiola root - 0.2 g, lavender flower - 0.2 g.

Application:

This tea is a perfectly selected composition of herbs, especially recommended for people suffering from constant anxiety, Phobias and stressful situations. Ashwagandha supports the body during periods of nervous tension and anxiety. It helps maintain mental and emotional balance. It helps with weakness, exhaustion, fatigue, and impaired concentration. Passionflower, hops, valerian, and lavender promote calmness. St. John's wort supports emotional balance and a good mood. Ashwagandha, St. John's wort, and valerian contribute to relaxation and well-being. Passionflower, St. John's wort, hops, valerian, rhodiola rosea, and lavender are helpful with sleep disorders. Aswagandha, passionflower, and valerian support the body during stress. In addition, rhodiola rosea contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity and is helpful with fatigue.

Warnings:

Do not use in children, pregnant women, or during breastfeeding. People taking medications should consult a doctor before using this product. This product should not be consumed if taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medications. Do not use in combination with other substances that affect the central nervous system. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and UV radiation when using this product. Products containing Passiflora incarnata may cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive or operate machinery.

Directions for use:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
