Components:

Starch, bulking agent - sorbitol, valerian root - 75 mg / tabl., lemon balm leaf - 75 mg / tabl., angelica root - 60 mg / tabl., hops - 45 mg / tabl., lavender flower - 45 mg / tabl., anti-caking agents - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

The content of individual ingredients in terms of the recommended daily portion of the product (3 tablets) is respectively: valerian root - 225 mg, lemon balm leaf - 225 mg, angelica root - 180 mg, hops - 135 mg, lavender flower - 135 mg.

Purpose:

Valerian helps calm the nervous system and is helpful in coping with stress. It helps to regain good physical and mental well-being. Lemon balm and lavender help to reduce the feeling of tension, support relaxation and reduce irritability. Hops contribute to calm the nervous system and, together with valerian, lemon balm and lavender, help you fall asleep and help you maintain a healthy sleep.

Way of use: It is recommended to take 1 tablet 3 times a day with liquid. Don’t exceed the recommended daily portion.  

Dietary supplement is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.

Due to the angelica content, the preparation should be used with caution in hypersensitivity to ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

Dietary supplements must not be used instead of  diverse diet.

Balanced diet and  healthy lifestyle are recommended.
