Purpose:
Valerian helps calm the nervous system and helps manage stress. It contributes to regaining physical and mental well-being. Lemon balm and lavender help reduce tension, promote relaxation, and reduce irritability. Hops contribute to calming the nervous system and, together with valerian, lemon balm, and lavender, facilitate falling asleep and support healthy sleep.
Ingredients:
Bulking agents - sorbitol, cellulose, valerian root - 75 mg/tablet, lemon balm leaf - 75 mg/tablet, angelica root - 60 mg/tablet, hop cone - 45 mg/tablet, lavender flower - 45 mg/tablet, anti-caking agents - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product (3 tablets) is as follows: valerian root - 225 mg, lemon balm leaf - 225 mg, angelica root - 180 mg, hop cone - 135 mg, lavender flower - 135 mg.

Valeriana
Valeriana (also known as Valerian) owes its effects mainly to the valepotriacetes it contains. Additionally, it contains active substances such as essential oil components, phenolic acids, amino acids, flavonoids, lignans, and alkaloids. This plant is commonly used for sleep and sedation, in states of agitation and nervous tension. Furthermore, it has antispasmodic properties, making it suitable for stomach ailments and painful periods. 1
Lemon Balm
Lemon balm has a calming effect, supports memory and concentration, and provides relief from headaches, including migraines. Furthermore, this plant has a positive effect on digestion and has a diuretic effect. Lemon balm oil, in turn, has fungicidal and bactericidal properties, so it can be used as a compress for cold sores, insect bites, and athlete's foot. 2
Angelica
Angelica is a plant that has been used in natural medicine for years. It is a source of glycosides, organic acids, coumarin, furocoumarin, tannin, pectins, vitamin C, and B vitamins. It has a relaxing effect on constipation, aids digestion, and relieves nausea. It also helps cleanse the body of toxins, has an expectorant effect, and induces diaphoresis. Furthermore, angelica has a calming and antineurotic effect, helping to combat insomnia, depression, and anxiety. 3
Hops
Hops contain essential oil, which is their most important ingredient, but also tannins, choline, triterpene compounds, and waxes. This plant has a calming effect, improves sleep, has anticonvulsant properties, and lowers body temperature. It also has antibacterial and antispasmodic properties, facilitates digestion and food absorption, and increases appetite. 4

The primary ingredient of lavender flowers is essential oil. The aromatic compounds it contains have a soothing effect on the nervous system, reduce anxiety and nervous tension, and thus have a positive effect on sleep. Furthermore, lavender supports the digestive system, has a muscle-relaxing effect, and has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. 5/div>
Directions for use:
Adults: It is recommended to take 1 tablet 3 times daily with liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings:
