The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion is: caraway fruit – 2.16 g; lemon balm leaf – 1.26 g; fennel fruit – 1.20 g; chamomile flower head – 1.08 g; wheat fiber – 0.30 g.

Lemon Balm

Lemon balm contains an essential oil that lowers the sensitivity threshold of the nervous system, has antispasmodic and antiviral properties. Directions:

Break 1 tea bag in boiling water (200 ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product.

Store in dry place, out of reach of small children.
