Ingredients:
Psyllium seeds - 30%, wild mallow leaf - 25%, flax seeds - 15%, chicory root - 15%, dandelion root - 12%, peppermint leaf - 3%.
The content of individual ingredients per daily portion of the product is: psyllium seeds - 3.0g, wild mallow leaf - 2.5g, flax seeds - 1.5g, chicory root - 1.5g, dandelion root - 1.2g, peppermint leaf - 0.3g.
Application:
The mixture is a carefully selected composition ingredients, especially recommended for those struggling with constipation and supporting healthy bowel function. Psyllium, mallow, flax seeds, and chicory facilitate intestinal transit. Mallow, flax seeds, chicory, and dandelion root facilitate digestion. Mallow contributes to regular bowel movements. Flax seeds have a coating effect and normalize the digestive tract. Dandelion and peppermint maintain the proper functioning of the digestive tract. Dandelion has a prebiotic effect, which is helpful for gastrointestinal ailments.
Directions for use:
Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 15-20 minutes. Consume twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.
Warnings:
Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
