Use:
This tea is a perfectly balanced composition. Feverfew helps with headaches. Hawthorn supports circulation and facilitates relaxation. Lemon balm helps reduce mental tension. Additionally, chamomile promotes relaxation and well-being, and lavender helps reduce irritability. Rosemary helps strengthen the body.
How to use:
Break 1 tea bag in boiling water (200ml), covered, for 5-10 minutes. Drink fresh infusion twice a day.
