Ingredients:

Bulking agents - sorbitol, cellulose, valerian root - 75mg/tablet, lemon balm leaf - 75mg/tablet, angelica root - 60mg/tablet, hop cone - 45mg/tablet, lavender flower - 45mg/tablet, anti-caking agents - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product (3 tablets) is: valerian root - 225mg, lemon balm leaf - 225mg, angelica root - 180mg, hop cone Hops - 135 mg, lavender flower - 135 mg.

Purpose:

Valeriana helps calm the nervous system and helps manage stress. It contributes to regaining physical and mental well-being. Lemon balm and lavender help reduce feelings of tension, promote relaxation, and reduce irritability. Hops help calm the nervous system and, together with valerian, lemon balm, and lavender, facilitate falling asleep and support healthy sleep.

Directions:

Adults: It is recommended to take 1 tablet 3 times daily with liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This dietary supplement is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Due to the angelica content, the preparation should be used with caution in cases of hypersensitivity to ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
