Use:
Hawthorn inflorescence supports heart function, increases oxygen supply, and improves peripheral blood circulation. It also helps reduce stress and facilitates sleep.
Directions:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of hawthorn flower with boiling water (200ml), covered, for 10-15 minutes. Drink freshly prepared infusion 1-2 times a day.
