Usage:
Recommended for making a tea with an exquisite flavor and delicate aroma. Hawthorn fruit tea is recommended for consumption as a hot or cold beverage. Hawthorn fruit has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the heart and circulatory system. It increases oxygen supply and improves peripheral blood circulation. Additionally, hawthorn promotes relaxation and calms the mind. It refreshes the body and mind.
Directions:
Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 teaspoon of the fruit and leave covered for 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.
