Ingredients:

Lemon balm herb - 35%, hop cone - 20%, lavender flower - 13%, ashwagandha root - 10%, chamomile flower - 10%, raspberry fruit - 8%, passionflower herb - 2%, rhodiola rosea root - 2%.

The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is: lemon balm herb - 3.5g, hop cone - 2.0g, lavender flower - 1.3g, ashwagandha root - 1.0g, chamomile flower - 1.0g, raspberry fruit - 0.8g, passionflower - 0.2g, rhodiola rosea - 0.2g.

Use:

This herbal blend is recommended for those in need of peace and rest, who feel weak, stressed, and tired. Lemon balm, lavender, chamomile, and passionflower contribute to healthy sleep. Lemon balm, hops, ashwagandha, and rhodiola rosea help with difficulty falling asleep. Lemon balm and lavender reduce anxiety, tension, and irritability. Ashwagandha supports periods of mental and nervous tension, restoring emotional balance and mental and physical well-being. Hops have a soothing effect on the nervous system. Lavender, chamomile, ashwagandha, and passionflower contribute to optimal relaxation. Ashwagandha and rhodiola help the body adapt to stress and aid in recovery after stressful events.

Directions:

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Consume twice daily. Do not use for longer than 12 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. This product should not be used if taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medications. Products containing Passiflora incarnata may cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Do not use in combination with other substances affecting the central nervous system.

Store in a closed container, out of reach of small children.
