Ingredients:

Ribbon plantain leaf - 25%, chamomile flower - 25%, mint leaf - 15%, marigold flower - 10%, fennel fruit - 10%, caraway fruit - 10%, anise fruit - 5%. The content of individual ingredients per daily serving is: plantain leaf - 2.5g, chamomile flower head - 2.5g, mint leaf - 1.5g, marigold flower - 1.0g, fennel fruit - 1.0g, caraway fruit - 1.0g, anise fruit - 0.5g.

Application:

A herbal blend for people struggling with bloating and intestinal gas. Chamomile, mint, dill, and caraway help with bloating and abdominal cramps. Chamomile, mint, dill, caraway, anise, and plantain support digestion. Chamomile and mint reduce indigestion, while caraway and anise increase the flow of digestive juices. Chamomile, mint, fennel, cumin, and anise contribute to the proper functioning of the entire digestive system. Chamomile helps with belching, and cumin relieves the feeling of fullness. Plantain stimulates the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora.

Directions:          

Adults: Mix the product thoroughly, cover and steep 1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 5g) in boiling water (200ml) for 10 minutes. Take twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
